Mobile (Travel) Notary Fees....
Standard Notary Fees are set by Hawaii State Law (HRS 456-17)
TYPE OF "NOTARIAL ACT"

    Acknowledgment (Original + 1 duplicate original)
Per signer, per separate document$5.00*
   
Jurat (Original + 4 duplicate originals)
Per signer, per separate document$5.00*

    *Each additional copy over the number of duplicate originals
                indicated above:  $2.50 per/signer, per/document
NOTE: 
These fees apply to all Notaries Public in the State of Hawaii. 
There is also such a thing as a government notary, but only in unusual circumstances are they permitted to notarize for the general public.
A Notary may charge less than this fee, but may not charge more.
A Notary may not refuse service because the signer is not a "customer."
Notaries may not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, or the fact that the Notary does not "agree" with what the document represents, 
Notaries they MAY refuse to provide notary service in certain situations.
Mobile Notary Fees are IN ADDITION to the Standard Notary Fees and reflect the time and resources necessary to travel to your location from Downtown Honolulu.

Mobile Notary Fees reflected below are the MAXIMUM fee and SUBJECT TO CHANGE without notice.  Actual fee charged may be less that indicated, depending on the time of the scheduled appointment.  (For example, appointments scheduled during the height of rush hour traffic will incur the maximum travel fee because of the increased anticipated travel time.)

The Mobile Fee will be confirmed at the time the Mobile Notary appointment is made.
